The last doctor at this clinic just quit and they don’t have a replacement. Care team = call center representatives and office managers. The RN I spoke with told me to go to the emergency room and when I asked her where to go she laughed and said “how would I know I’m in Denver.” This isn’t right! Thankful for the call center representatives and office manager because they are pleasant and without them I would have no “care team” at all. Excellent care and attention.
Been a patient with Iroa for 8 years now and loved the ease in making appointments, loved my doctor and my nurse, and the care and attention I received. Unfortunately, they have changed hands , and I feel as though I fell thru the cracks. Have no idea who my doctor is any more and receive no follow up calls when I share concerns. I will be moving on.

In just over 12 months I had 4 separate health coaches. The health coach is an entry level position, it has a lot of turnover, I don’t know what the educational requirements are but you might want to ask before signing up. I seldom see my physician and I feel that the annual exam I do receive is limited and not comprehensive. They are actively advertising for new patients and they emailed me to ask for my recommendation to friends.
