The last doctor at this clinic just quit and they don’t have a replacement. Care team = call center representatives and office managers. The RN I spoke with told me to go to the emergency room and when I asked her where to go she laughed and said “how would I know I’m in Denver.” This isn’t right! Thankful for the call center representatives and office manager because they are pleasant and without them I would have no “care team” at all.
