I had such a wonderful experience at iOptical this morning. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Dr Efem was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and gentle with my 2 year old, making the whole process so fun for her. Dr Efem had a kind and caring approach which made us feel so comfortable, and she explained everything so clearly. It was such a positive experience, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially parents with little ones!
What a wonderful place to visit the staff are so friendly and so easy to talk to the eyes test on kids are so easy made my kids feel like they not doing a test well done to the team there
Chris was an absolute lifesaver! My elderly dad went in with glasses that I was sure were a complete write-off, but Chris managed to fix them perfectly. He did it all with a smile, genuine kindness, and without a hint of judgement about the state of the glasses. To our surprise, he didn’t even charge for the repair — instead, he gave Dad a cleaning spray and cloth to help keep them in good shape.
