Spacious friendly gym, staff make you feel very welcome. More parking spaces at the rear

Excellent classes with a strong team spirit and community feel. Working out with coaches and other “fitness enthusiasts” ensures each workout hits to your chosen level of intensity. The machines, free-weights and equipment are all very well stocked and frequently upgraded. If you’re a busy professional and looking to maximise your return on time in the gym, whilst also seeking variety with your workouts - then ION is a great, structured approach to take.
