Staff are amazing, great customer service. Management is awesome. Mike,Coby,Manuel and all staff were understanding & I left very happily and pleased with a brand new 2025 Hyundai Tucson. Very patient and amazing experience! Definitely recommend to a new buyer or anyone interested in a upgrade
The team at Ioniq Santa Monica was very welcoming. Great looking new dealership and I love that the lights outside on the lot turn off to save energy. I came in to check out the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N. Unfortunately, they did not have the vehicle in the blue color, only orange. Also, they only had that one vehicle available and it was inside the showroom. The salesperson let me know that if I wanted to test drive it, they would have to run my credit beforehand. I wish the salespeople were a bit more knowledgeable on EVs. Perhaps ... read more
