My wife and I were in need of a second opinion from a certified structural engineer. Susan is professional, sincere and thorough. Susan took the time to understand and listen to our needs and explained the engineering process and findings in a way we could easily understand. Susan made herself available for any questions we had about our concerns and treated us as VIP Clients. We highly recommend Susan for all of your engineering needs!
I highly recommend her services! Even though it was a small structural issue that we needed some advice on, she was able to provide me with the two best solutions possible to take back to the customer. This allowed me to better explain the issues at hand with the customer and determine the best course of action to provide them with a solution they would be happy with. Definitely plan on using her for bigger projects in the future!
