They were very rude , they also talk crap about people insurance while I was the only one in the lobby waiting to been seen and when they did called me up they sent me right back out because they couldn’t help me they are very unprofessional at there jobs there that’s probably why the lobby was completely empty.
An hour before my FIRST appt with them they canceled bc they don’t have the charts from my last obgyn that I can physically bring in but they wouldn’t allow that, they also can’t get me in with a nurse until the next day and I live 45 mins away and not to mention my last 2 pregnancies have been high risk, very unprofessional. Not willing to work with anybody about getting their charts the same day either, they just cancel the appt and schedule one with a nurse after having it planned for weeks. Do better!
