They will not ever call you back. I have been trying to cancel my membership and get no response. When I was using it they were often only "staffed" in the morning. Their home office has no problem calling if you don't pay but even they won't reach out to the actual location to have them return calls. They said they would "note my account" that I want it canceled. You are required to go in person to cancel, but no staff is there after work or if they are they won't call me back to schedule a time I can come in.

I have not had problems until this past week when I received charges after my initial payment for the week went through. I have been trying to contact through email, phone, and text with no response.
