Lousy customer service. Explained very clearly what happened with the water bottle that is over $150.00 with shipping. Brand new, needless to say was unable to use it. (It took me time to report it because I had been away.) The lid never closed securely-again brand new. I sent a video to show what happened. The solution was to repurchase at a discount a newer version of that bottle "that they no longer make" BEWARE OF THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY.

I read numerous articles about the health benefits of drinking hydrogen water so decided to explore this further. After doing a Google search on which bottle to try - a lot of options appeared and was left with a number of questions as was slightly baffled with a lot of the tech stuff.
