We’ve had these IonBottles for a while. It’s worked great.
Lousy customer service. Explained very clearly what happened with the water bottle that is over $150.00 with shipping. Brand new, needless to say was unable to use it. (It took me time to report it because I had been away.) The lid never closed securely-again brand new. I sent a video to show what happened. The solution was to repurchase at a discount a newer version of that bottle "that they no longer make" BEWARE OF THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY.
