This doctor let down my elderly father terribly on several occasions over the years. Sought help for depression, which is difficult for any person - not only did he not ask the questions required by GP's but ignored my father's comment & proceeded to other matters. My father's mental health deteriorated meaning he was unable to fly to see his terminally ill son - we had to cancel flights & reschedule for months later, losing such precious time.
