Bad experience with Dr. Caren on May 6/26. She did a terrible job on 2 tiny fillings and billed 600 to my insurance for rushed, incompetent work. They offered me a refund. When I agreed to accept it. The Office Manager tried to force me to sign a release form with wierd wording, to get it. I will be filing a complaint with the RDCSO. I would not recommend her, or this clinic. They change dentists constantly as well and their website has false information.

This clinic has my heart.I get very anxious whenever I have my dentist appointment but when I visit Iona,from the receptionist to the doctor,every staff is so friendly and make your visit so comfortable.I am planning to book appointment for my kids too.
This was the best experience I have ever had. It was a replacement filling plus…I felt no pain at all. Dr. Firas Jarousse was amazing. THANKYOU.
Bad experience with Dr. Caren in May. I had 2 tiny fillings and she couldn't even do a competent job. She botched them both, billed my insurance too high for very poor work. Now her faulty work has to be fixed. If arrangements are not made by Iona Dental to have the faulty fillings fixed. I will be filing a complaint with the RDCSO. I would not recommend her, or this clinic.
