I paid for an appointment scheduled for 10/31 and never received a phone call or any communication indicating that additional steps were required. I am extremely pleased and feel a little more educated for my medical. The front desk was courteous and by they saved me about 100 dollars so I tell ya all better transfer. They also don’t ry to recertify before your current prescription ends
