This is the most outdated, cumbersome, and non efficient public procurement site on the market. If a vendor wants to participate in a public bid, they must register for each city, county or state entity separately. The process takes around 20-30 minutes for each location. Not only that, the user name must be different for each registration. Yeah, more passwords to remember please! 🙄 This is madness!
