DO NOT USE THEM! They constantly make mistakes with your pool plan. They don’t follow dimensions, put swim outs on the wrong side of the pool, and more. They are negligent and let red clay dirt sit on white marble pool decking for months while promising multiple times that it will come out with the final cleaning, and when it doesn’t (and has permanently stained the marble orange in spots) they try to tell you that’s how the marble is. Don’t believe the other reviews. This company is highly unethical, backs out of agreements, and constantly makes mistakes with your pool plan. Hands down the best construction experience we’ve ever had! Tony and his team kept the project moving very efficiently and we love our pool!
We had a very good experience with Ion and greatly enjoy the pool. The people that work here are open and friendly. They are always willing to answer my questions, help me with any issues when I have a concern, and service any problems as they arise .
