I have been going to ION for about 6 months now. The owner, Neal, is completely professional and make working out more enjoyable than just a regular gym work out. He does personal training as well as group classes. He does classes with weight lifting as well as my favorite, boxing. The group classes are quick and effective! I haven't felt this good about working out. I can definitely say that the three days I go are the most enjoyable days of the week. I will 100% continue with this gym for as long as I can.
I am very excited to be a part of the ION FITNESS Family. I have been working out for a long time and have taken many classes & at ION you don't feel like you are wasting you time. Class are challenging, the workouts are amazing and working with Neal is even better! I LOVE IT AT ION FITNESS!!!!
