I am still in shock that they couldn’t give me advance notice and could not make an appointment to work with my schedule for installation of water meter. TWO unmasked men had to come into my small apartment.
This company has absolutely no business being in business. They rely on the administration of the complexes they supposedly have to install new water meters for in order to relieve them from all responsibility on installation just in case something goes wrong which is absurd, because that is what they're paid to do and licensed to do. That is not the responsibility of anybody else except them. Hence the reason paid for!!!! Purpose of visit was to install water management equipment and was left with a Catastrophe. Busted pipes water everywhere. A pond left in the kitchen Ruined belongings and not so much as an apology. Employees without name Badges. And even in this on going world wide pandemic I still had to ask for employee to put on a mask to enter my home. Which he did not even have one.
