Becky and the whole team are really dedicated to their work helping their clients. I would highly recommend their team for mental wellness and self care.
I started working with Becky for 1:1 private counseling and have had tremendous success. I didn't know why I was feeling depressed, but through some work, we identified the source. She introduced me to EMDR therapy that was a total game changer. Through that work, I have released the trauma and gained new ways of thinking that help me exist happier in my head and in my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I can't say enough good things about IOME and working with Becky! She is so easy to talk to, a great listener, has a deep love for helping people, and is very skilled as a therapist. Her entire staff is professional and they have created a, much needed, holistic approach to mental wellness. AND you have to try the sauna! :-)
This sauna is amazing and Becky is just great to work with! She is so warm and inviting and went through all the basics of the sauna as it was my first time. I couldn't believe the benefits just from one 30 minute sauna session. It is very clean and welcoming here as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!
