I own couple of these machines. Ioline crystal studio: works VERY POORLY and the program is so badly designed; the undo button doesn't even work on all actions. Ioline plotter: this printer shreds the paper. I had issues with this plotter from the first day I purchased it. A very rude customer service told me I was imagining all these issues only to later find out that there are indeed some design flaws and found out a couple issues: 1. the weight of the aluminum rod is too light. We've had amazing help from the Ioline technical support to setup our Ioline plotter. These guys have customer care to heart. I strongly recommend the products and the company.
