Unprofessional, lack of communication between staff and parents. When working for them they underpaid multiple staff members and never reimbursed them. Staff treats certain clients with favoritism and neglects others. No structure within clinic, no personal individual plans for clients everyone is placed on the same learning path with the same targets no matter the advancement.
So knowledgeable everyone is amazing especially Angela! The best resources for my family!
