If I could I would give them a big fat zero as well! They're software does not work as promised. They will tell you that it interfaces with your visual field machine and your OCT and fundus camera and the list goes on.... then as soon as you pay them and they come to your office for the training and you've spent all this money on new computers and tablets and an optical module that was supposed to work with their software as well the trainers show up to your office not on time or one doesn't show up because she is hung over ... read more

I cancelled my contract with IO Practiceware after a year plus of headaches with daily system crashes, an infuriatingly slow system that cost me time and patients. Worst of all, an employee was able to install IO on a home computer without my knowledge. She used the home computer to alter her clock in and clock out times. This poses a huge HIPPA risk. If I was able to give it a zero, I would. This company was going bad for years, now it is a total mess. Speak to any customer and get an unbiased opinion.
