We moved to Io Piazza from Charlotte less than a month ago and are thrilled with our decision as recent retirees. After raising our family in Arlington it’s good to be back. The convenient location to restaurants, theaters, medical professionals, & public transportation is excellent. The staff is very helpful and we love our wall to ceiling windows!
IO Piazza by Windsor in Shirlington is a great location but my experience with this apartment complex has been my worst apartment nightmare ever. I expressed interest in renting an apartment here and then it was all downhill from there. Went to pick up apartment keys, mail keys, garage door opener during my lunch break- the garage door opener was not provided. Went back the next day when the office was to open at 10am. I’ve had a really positive experience living here, especially since the new management team took over earlier this year. They’re incredibly responsive - anytime I’ve reached out with any questions, it’s been handled quickly and professionally.
