I wish there were more stars I could give this company! INX is one of the most honest and trustworthy businesses we’ve ever worked with, and on top of that, they do a phenomenal job. It’s always a little scary trying out a company for the first time—you never know how it will go—but we could not be happier with our experience.

If you have mold-related concerns or issues in your home, I’d highly recommend INX. Mike came to our home to evaluate a few areas that we had questions about. He was very diligent, thorough and professional. After his assessment, he assured us we do not have a mold issue. We really appreciated Mike’s attention to detail, as well as his honesty (he didn’t try to sell us on a service we ultimately didn’t need).

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with INX. When a plumber discovered mold in my ceiling from a leaking pipe, INX came out right away to take a look. They evaluated the problem, promptly sent an estimate, and got started within days. They took meticulous care to avoid any mold exposure to my family and dogs, the project manager, Nate, kept me updated during each step, and they were honest and upfront about additional work that was needed after discovery of mold in an adjacent wall.
