Inwood park is a beautiful park that preserves the legacy, care and love the Lenape people had with nature. As a result current and future generations have the luxury of experiencing a piece of Manhatta in its original forest habitat. From its beautiful trails, ducks and other sporting fields Inwood park is a hidden gem.
This place doesn’t really feel like a park—it’s more like a hangout spot for homeless people and others. The whole area is pretty littered, with trash everywhere, especially McDonald’s wrappers. It’s honestly kinda rough walking by.
Hidden gem. Unfortunately, lots of construction and weed smoking there now.
