Went in to exchange rolls of coins I had prepared. They said I had to have an account with them to do so. When did banks start refusing basic services to the public? I was considering opening a new account with them since I recently moved to the area. Probably not going to do that anymore.
Love this bank. You actually have people you can talk to & know you. Customer service is alive & well in this location. I would recommend to all.
