I called in this morning to see what I had to do to close my mom's account down after she just passed and the lady Olga or something like that was very rude and I can tell customer service is not what she is into and at a time like this it's not best to having someone rude like that deal with customers. I'm sure nothing will be done but after she rudely hung up on me I figured I'd least inform someone because I'm sure this is not her first time acting in such a way.
