I called in this morning to see what I had to do to close my mom's account down after she just passed and the lady Olga or something like that was very rude and I can tell customer service is not what she is into and at a time like this it's not best to having someone rude like that deal with customers. I'm sure nothing will be done but after she rudely hung up on me I figured I'd least inform someone because I'm sure this is not her first time acting in such a way.
My parents have had an account at Inwood National Bank since 1972. I've been going to the original location since a young child. Love this bank and the personal service they provided my parents all these years; now they provide it to me.
Wouldn’t bank anywhere else!
Couch I ordered was a 4 star . Delivery service was a 1 star . I live in a high rise . They drug cushions down the hallway on the floor with part of cushions exposed ( no plastic ) No plastic on part of the sectional . Left trash in the hallway at high rise . Very disappointed . I would recommend a 3rd party delivery service.
