Lobby doesn’t open until 9am, but google shows it opens at 8am. Inconvenient.
This is a great place to bank! Me and my family have baked with this bank since the beginning! They are all super duper nice and friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. If you are looking for a personal bank that knows you this is the place!
Lisa Gladney is the only reason for writing this review. Her customer service is awesome. Anytime I call or email she answers quickly and gets things taken care of super quickly. As long as shes there Inwood will have my savings.
Absolute incredible service! I use Inwood for personal and business! This bank has a small business feel with big time resources! The best at what they do! Rick Carroll and Lisa Gladney have been amazing to work with! Don’t see any plans of ever leaving this bank. Also, I would refer them to anyone that ask. You are missing out not trying this bank.
