I have called and left messages to become a new patient three times in 2 weeks and no one calls back ??? What a way to attract new buisness

I am new to the area and was trying to schedule a sick appointment and called several times throughout the day and nobody ever answered the phone. Not a very good impression of a professionally run dr office. Guess I'll continue to travel to northern VA for my dr appointments. Very disappointed. I called during business hours and even left a message with no return call. Loving this small town of Inwood but truly disappointed with this dr office. I went to this office for the convenience. Unfortunately, this place is a disaster. Everytime I've been there the people at the front desk are complaining about how terrible it is to work there. The new doctor doesn't seem to have a clue about what she's doing. I went to a new doctor to get the care that I deserve. She even commented about some things in my chart that weren't right-mistakes by the doctor. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.
