I will NEVER take another animal to Inwood Center again as long as I live!! We have vetted with them for nearly 35 years. But they have become outrageous in their prices and show absolutely NO empathy what-so-ever!! We had to take Sadie in to be put down today. She was close to death. They said they couldn’t do it unless we paid for an exam. Charged us 200+ for putting her down. Then, wouldn’t “send her for burial” tomorrow unless we drove back up and paid it in full. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Vet tech was super nice and did well with my Tasha. Vet explained everything that she noticed, what she did to help Tasha, and treatment for pain or discomfort management. Dr.Pownall was polite, friendly and nice. She noted that they didnt have any trouble with Tasha and in fact that Tasha was energetic and happy not like what Tasha had been for me.
Friendly and caring staff all the way around! When my 5 year old dog woke up unable to walk, they were able to fit us in within just a couple of hours. They were sensitive to my financial concerns due to COVID, and I left with a solution, a fair bill, and my girl was feeling better and getting around within 24 hours. They followed up to make sure all was going well. Grateful to have them close to home. ❤️
Took my dog to the vet and was treated very rudely by an employee. While getting my dog into the car I was told very curtly not to touch the employee’s leash when my hand accidentally grazed it. This employee was also rude on the phone and per usual we had a minimum 20 minute wait past our appointment time. I will no longer be using this vet for my 3 animals.
They take great care of Tucker and explain his preventative care directly and kindly.
They were great with my Sky. And gave me a lot of information
Knowledgeable staff, very curious people.
