Our dog was attacked and needed emergency medical attention. I called several times on our frantic route to the office to make sure we didn't need to just take our fur baby to Winchester facility and no one answered. Upon arrival they brought her back and advised that we try to put a muzzle on her since she was apprehensive and scared. She was just mauled in the neck and head!
