Not a good company at all. Inwesco was a good company before it was bought out and the new management is not good at their jobs. None have knowledge of welding. If u wanna be watched and not trusted on a job they can’t even do this is not the place. They take care more of themselves than actually appreciating employees.
Went for a weld test and passed everything…. They said I was a great fit and then left me hanging for a week and a half, texted me saying they won’t be moving forward. Very unprofessional
