I had a very negative experience. Communication was extremely poor, and there was a significant lack of patient care. Podcast production was prioritized over patient needs. I strongly recommend seeking alternative options. The potential benefits do not outweigh the risks of working with someone who is unprofessional and unresponsive. To date, I have not received the second part of my test or the results, despite taking it on May 7, 2022.

So I’ve waited quite a bit of time between my appointment and now. First things first my appointment was in November 2023 at 3pm. At around 10:30am that morning he texted me and said I could come in at 1:30pm if that would be easier for me. It wouldn’t. I like having a schedule and I’m not a fan of change. I just came here to clarify a couple of things, based off of my experience. I recommend reading til the end.. I saw the previous reviews, and it can be easy to jump on a bandwagon and assume the best (or worst), of a provider or company due to the majority ruling in google reviews. *So, here’s my experience: when I first called Dr. Nigro, he was able to schedule my neuropsych evaluation within a week or 2. The day before our appointment (which we waited months for) we were told we needed to come in the afternoon instead of the morning (but we had arranged our whole day around the morning appt). We made it work - but when we showed up, he didn't come out of his office for over 20 minutes - no communication or greeting. Maybe he is good at his job but his professionalism is so lacking that we couldn't even find out.
