I always try to treat myself to a massage but wanted to try something different. Was drawn to Rachel’s experience and offerings. I opted for the 2-hour Depth-Oriented Bodywork session. Great massage complimented with spiritual guidance to help me be more in touch with my body. I don’t have the words to clearly articulate what a unique session this was. It will affect every person differently and in the most positive way. I’m grateful.
I felt phenomenal after just one session with Rachel. I've had many massages in my life, and I have never had an experience like this! I felt very comfortable upon entering and her suite was very calming. We were able to work through some emotional blocks that I didn't even realize I was storing in my body. I left feeling relaxed and more in tune with my mind body connection. I highly recommend booking a session.
Rachel is a master massage therapist and creates a very welcoming space. Our first session together was in preparation of me thru-hiking the Colorado Trail. She really took the extra time and care to learn about me and customize the experience based upon my needs. Rachel is a true healer- intuitive, grounded and holds sacred space for you. Been thinking about my session for days after and look forward to returning.
I’ve worked with a lot of body workers in my time as a professional dancer and athlete— all I can say is Rachel is an amazing healer. I can’t remember when I’ve felt this relaxed and light in my own body. She provides a safe and welcoming space. Can’t recommend highly enough.
