I felt phenomenal after just one session with Rachel. I've had many massages in my life, and I have never had an experience like this! I felt very comfortable upon entering and her suite was very calming. We were able to work through some emotional blocks that I didn't even realize I was storing in my body. I left feeling relaxed and more in tune with my mind body connection. I highly recommend booking a session.
Rachel is a master massage therapist and creates a very welcoming space. Our first session together was in preparation of me thru-hiking the Colorado Trail. She really took the extra time and care to learn about me and customize the experience based upon my needs. I’ve worked with a lot of body workers in my time as a professional dancer and athlete— all I can say is Rachel is an amazing healer. I can’t remember when I’ve felt this relaxed and light in my own body. She provides a safe and welcoming space. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Rachel’s is an amazing massage therapist, and the range of things she can help with is astounding. One day you may be getting the best rotator cuff and shoulder work you’ve ever had and the next time she may help you with some 15 year old emotional baggage stored in your lymphatic system. I would strongly recommend her care to anyone who needs more than a basic fluff and buff massage and wants to really connect with their bodies aided by a kind and highly Intuitive massage therapist.
