Personally i’ve never seenDr Julie, but Dr Hale has been nothing short of amazin, i’m sure Julie is too. Anyway I recommend this place whenever someone is looking for a new OB/GYN. Even when changing insurances, i made sure to get one accepted by Dr Hale because the treatment i get here is immaculate.
Julie is amazing and does a wonderful job, communicative and extremely personable, she gets 5 stars. However, Dr. Hale is a different story. I asked Julie to find out if there was anything to reverse the Botox I had received at the end of December, because I have an autoimmune disorder and my body was rejecting it and I had been having symptoms shortly after. I absolutely loved this place everyone was amazingly kind I had no complaints... Until they replaced the front staff now no one answers the phone unless your looking for a medical assistant. Wait times are ridiculous 10+ minutes on the phone every time.
