I put in some of my best and hardest work/efforts over the last two years to be a great employee and serve our clients with the best quality I could. Former employee at invo health care. This is not a company that will treat you well. In my first week there were technical difficulties because I was assigned to work another school a week after already placed in at a school campus. If I never reached out for help they would never have helped me. Weeks after working with them they accused me of sleeping on the job without any evidence nor asking for my side of the story. In regards to billing and account statements - while we used the AHSS services for our child from late 2018 through mid-2021, it seemed the payment plan system was working OK, however, INVO never provided the DETAILED account statements, by which I mean quarterly or annual breakdowns of what they charge for, how the charges differentiate (more qualified therapists charge more per hour than less qualified, etc.), what they claim and receive from our medical insurance provider and what they charge us and how they allocate our ... read more
