This review is based solely on the property and not the management company. The management company changed 6 mos after booking reservation. After viewing their website—the Juniper Cottage property looks subpar to what they offer. Stayed at Juniper Cottage for one month in July. Brutal honesty with this review. Pros: location / fully stocked kitchen / front and back patio Cons: horrible horrible horrible living room furniture. Unclean/orderous/uncomfortable. InvitedHome provided excellent service, from assisting us with booking a magnificent property in Santa Barbara to following up with us upon our arrival to make sure everything was just right. We found them to be very responsive, and appreciated their recommendations on private chefs and local sailing companies. The house was fantastic - luxury all the way - and was perfectly stocked with all the essentials and comforts for our 5-day stay. We would not hesitate to book another stay through InvitedHome again.

What a lovely company to work with! We had another company cancel our reservation a week before our arrival. Invited Home popped up as I was searching .. so I called them. I was able to speak to a live person , tell them my needs and within minutes I had a house to rent for our family gathering. The house was more than I could have asked for! Beautiful inside and out.
