My fiance and I had all of our wedding invitations printed here. The owner, Pat, was incredibly helpful and very upfront about the prices. She gave us her honest opinion on how to save money and where we could cut costs. The invitations came out beautiful and on time for a fraction of what plenty of other couples pay. We even went back to have the addresses printed on our envelopes so we didn't need to spend hours writing them ourselves or spend far more money on a calligrapher. I have been very disappointed with the customer service at Invitations by Design. The ordering process was difficult. I tried to order over the phone, but was told I could only speak with the owner...who was unavailable and would need to call me back. She never did. I ended up needing to make an extra trip into the store to place my order. I was told I would be contacted when my order arrived. Again, no one called.
