stay away from invitation homes.. They let you apply for homes .. then cancel your application for no reason what so ever.. and keep what you paid.. its been more than a month and a half that ive been waiting for the refund .. that was promised to me by the team.. $150.. everytime i call to check the status on the refund... its always something.. first the lady who canceled my applications mysteriously no longer works there.. after she told me that 1 would have "the full refund.. every penny" the day before.. then a promise... read more
I would not recommend anyone to live in an Invitation Homes Property since this is how they are allowing their management to treat loyal tenants........ I've called numerous times to have them repair previous water damage issues and normal wear and tear in the home. They've sent several contractors to my home and when they reported the issues back to the property manager they were denied to repair. I've emailed property manager Mariah Miranda and she refused to answer my concerns and questions. I had to contact the City Insp... read more
