Called up to ask about a fuse in the main fuse board as we went through a power tool cable and instead of coming out to look he very kindly talk us through finding a fuse along the route of the cable and we managed to swap it out and sort the issue, no stress nothing to pay for his time over the phone! Couldn’t ask for a better person. Would highly recommend for anything small or large!
