horrible services they lie about there services
I was excited to work with Invision Securty Group ever since I looked into the company. I was and have been highly disappointed with the quality of work and customer service I was provided with over the past couple of years.i thought maybe it was just one sour apple that was taking care of my service but over the years I have realized that maybe it’s just the whole company. I will be happily taking my business elsewhere.
In the year I have been a “customer” I have only seen them come out and respond to our request a couple of times. We have tried to get them to help and service our cameras and door alarms and none of the issues were resolved. We have made multiple requests many times and like I mentioned earlier, I have only seen their representatives come out twice.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Used them for a security system, have spent weeks trying to get them to fix our system and they keep insisting that nothing is wrong when we can clearly see that the equipment is faulty and has been for months!! They try to cover up their mistakes and flaws by saying that their system shows everything is fine when it is indeed not fine! I would not recommend them for your company if you’re looking for a new security company to do your alarm or camera systems!!
