Irving is nice we have been going to him for years. However he never returns phone calls. Since we don’t hear from him we’ll have to find another provider
Irving is amazing and always goes above and beyond to help with making the right choice and investment. We've been seeing Irving for 15+ years, even before he had his own shop, and i would never go anywhere else. Too bad 5 stars is the most I can give!
I wanted to share my amazing experience at Invision Optics. My mom's favorite glasses broke, and we were so stressed because they weren't even purchased there. We decided to go in and see if there was anything they could do, and the service we received was incredible. The staff was so kind and immediately took a look at her broken frames. They were able to fix them on the spot, and they did it with a smile. The quality of the repair was fantastic, and they didn't even charge us for it.
