We had our entire main floor (1,600 sq. ft.) completed by Invision Hardwood using engineered maple, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Roy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. The workmanship, customer service, and communication were all top-notch. While there were a few minor defects in the final result, Roy promptly arranged for everything to be corrected. We had a 5/5 experience with invision hardwood. We had the pleasure of working with Roy, who was absolutely incredible. From our first meeting in the store, he was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect floor for our kitchen. Even when our project changed a few times, he was so flexible and willing to work with us each step of the way. The responsiveness of this team is really impressive. Our floors are spectacular and I would use them again in a heart beat. Highly recommend!
