I came across Invision Hardwood & Decor after reading nothing but positive reviews online and decided to visit their showroom. I was greeted by Dov who was kind enough to walk me through their vast selection of premium flooring and help narrow down my selection. After a few borrowed samples and Dov’s sound advice, I was confident in my decision for Evoke laminate. Dov visited my condo to take final measurements and promptly provided his estimate. Renovations are stressful enough, especially in a condo, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I had with Invision Hardwood & Decor. I am so happy with my new floors! Roy was very kind and patient throughout the process, ensuring that the lines of communication were always open and that my condo's rules were respected. Beautiful selection of hardwoods and luxury vinyl. Roy ensured that the luxury vinyl I selected would work in my condo, as I requested that it be installed throughout the entire space. We are so pleased with our new flooring done by Invision. They were fantastic to work with from beginning to end and finished our job earlier than expected. We look forward to working with Invision again on future projects. Thank you so much for everything!
We hired Invision Hardwood to lay Oak Solid Core Vinyl flooring throughout our upstairs in 2021. I wasn't completely happy at the time, but 5 years later it is obvious that it was poorly laid. There are several areas where the vinyl has cracked leaving 3-10 inch long cracks long the floor. As well as there are spots where the boards are no longer even where they meet. We have maintained the recommended humidity levels and have had no issues with the flooring on our main floor that was installed by another company.
Shopping at Invision Hardwood and Decor for vinyl flooring was a great experience! They have a fantastic showroom with a wide variety of high-quality wood, vinyl, and laminate flooring to choose from that is well-priced. The customer service was excellent. Pina and Roy were very helpful, informative and friendly. I highly recommend Invision Hardwood and Decor.
