I have been getting my Mammogram from the van for the last 5 years. The ladies are kind, efficient and respectful. My last appointment was scheduled for 8:15 am and I was in my car and on the road by 8:23 am. Couldn’t ask for better service!
One month, and one week, 3 emails, and 3 voicemails and I finally was able to get my results “hopefully” sent to my doctor and a copy to myself. I suggest everyone go to an established diagnostic facility rather than failed medicine in a bus. I’m so disappointed in my insurance company for recommending this company without doing their due diligence on protocol and procedures. I was left to stress for one month not knowing if I had a normal scan. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
The Technologists are amazing however I had a huge problem getting my images sent to another facility despite multiple attempts made to get them. This is a HUGE disservice to the patient which results in false positive findings ,needless additional imaging, needless radiation to the patient and needless additional cost to the patient. Until this issue is rectified I can not recommend anyone use their services.
