I just finished my 5th session yesterday and my wrist tattoo is almost gone, my arm tattoo is probably 4 shades lighter than I started. The customer service is great there, I really feel like they care about treating clients well.
great customer service, professional, punctual, and caring . very thorough and I'm happy with every sessions results. I highly recommend them! each session is quick and the laser technician is so efficient and reliable I trust her implicitly. aftercare and any other questions they take great care of sharing with you too.
I had an appointment scheduled at 5:30pm today and when I got off work at 5:00 and checked my phone I had received a text message from Sara at 4pm stating that my appointment had been cancelled!!! No legitimate reason why! She just said well it was scheduled several weeks ago and we didn’t know for sure if you were going to show up so our technician left early!!!! REALLY!!!! LOVE my treatments but they have over charged me twice already. I got through my payment plan to find another $660.88 charge so I called and they took care of that one. A few months later they charged me $660.88 AGAIN. Called and they said they didn't see it on their end. Called corporate, left voicemails, etc. No call back on now 4 voicemails. Finally just filled a report on BBB to get it hopefully get my money back since it's on my CC (which has now upped my monthly payments, and I didn't notice the transaction till my car... read more
Just had my first session with Sara and Haley. I’ve had previous treatments before in another state. The skin trauma was dramatically less today compared to previous sessions with a different laser. Sara, the new manager worked with me a found a treatment plan that suited my needs. Haley, the laser queen was gentle and kind. Hey, it hurts... there’s no getting around it. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Just had my first session. Total time was 40 seconds. After using the numbing cream, the pain was very minimal. It's been days and there's been no pain or issues with the tattoo site. Looking forward to my next session! The ladies of Invisible Ink are the best!!
