It’s been extremely difficult to make an appointment. No one answers at the office. The National line says that no one is working and that people from other centers have to fly in and cover the Kentucky center. When I arrived I was sitting alone in the lobby and was texted asking if “I was still coming or if I needed to reschedule.” I tried to call the center with no answer and then called the National line. Kelly and her coworkers are very welcoming and pleasant people, the process was speeding so much so that as soon as the paper work and pleasant conversation concluded I was on my way to my first treatment! Highly recommend
