First and foremost, I will say they make a good product and generally speaking the field technicians are excellent. I’ve been a customer for probably 15 years. But dealing with the office is often incredibly frustrating and they nickel and dime you to death. Most recently I called because my dog collar batteries were dead and I hadn’t received them in a while.
