We have been Invisible Fence customers for a combined ten+ years and two different households. This is an effective system with great training opportunities and outstanding customer service. Recently, we had issues with our system due to factors beyond the Invisible Fence product. In summary, utility line digging and aeration resulted in damage to our system. This is the second puppy and third adult dog we’ve had contained to ten acres of our property. It isn’t in anyway a cruel or hurtful way of teaching our fur babies the limitations of their yard. We love it and our dogs love the freedom of being loose in their own space! The Invisible Fence trainers who worked with us made it an easy way for both our dogs and us to learn together.
Al arrived for training with a great attitude, and a hilarious sense of humor. He is also well versed with the technology, and passing on that information, and training to the customer. Our experience has been excellent, and we look forward to recommending Invisible Fence to our friends, and family.
Caleb & the owner & team are so easy to, organized & wonderful to work with. We got lines down to beach & into lake water, and the fence rocks are the best product ever ! , rock photo & flagging for training area . Highly recommend by us
