Our experience with Invisible Fence has been terrific! Scott did the installation through our wooded property > 1 acre. Everything works perfectly and it is simple. No charging collars - just replace batteries every 3 mos. Brandy provided clear and easy training instructions. She worked with our two dogs well and answered all of our questions. Travis was an excellent technician. He found the problem and fixed it. Then he took the time to walk the property and show us where the wires are. He was on time and communicated well.
We had a wonderful experience with Invisible Fence of Northern Michigan from their first visit to our last training session. They were all about meeting our dog and never seemed to rush through the process of visiting with her and explaining the installation of the system and how it works to us The staff who worked with us were just terrific.
