Great service, Jennifer is phenomenal. The fence has been life changing for us and our 3 high energy Brittany’s. They can even go across our creek into the woods. If you’re considering it just do it! Your dogs are worth it
Collar prongs keep digging holes into my dogs neck. Collar isn’t too tight or anything. It’s put on exactly how the installer of the fence put it on him (he said you should be able to fit about three fingers in between the collar and the dogs neck). This is the second time this has happened in 6 months. Would not recommend anyone get an invisible fence if they can’t figure out a solution to this. I also subscribed to the battery plan for both dogs. And they have never sent both batteries for both dogs. They always send one. ... read more
