Found out how terrible the the wires and the unit that I bought at Menards was when I saw the great, larger wires invisible fence used, the box in the house has never failed due to lightning like the one from Menards did. They have a lifetime warranty!!! Well worth the cost. Menards doesn't last. You have to keep buying new parts. The owner of Invisible fence àre very helpful , caring and kind.
We’ve had Invisible Fence for the last 3 years. Works great. Had some issues where the fence broke due to fallen tree, and we have a new puppy that needed a collar. I believe we had John and Scott come out today and they were awesome!! Can’t say enough good things. They were even great with our dogs. They were very thorough on explaining how the collar and fence works and they made sure the dogs’ collars were on the correct setting. Great experience!
