Doug has gone above and beyond every time we have needed him! He has even come out multiple times to fix issues that weren't fencing related. I would highly recommend this company if you ever need an invisible fence!!!
This is my third Invisible Fence I have used for my pets. Absolutely love their products, and the service from the Springfield, MO. Team is superb. Ashley was diligent in getting back to me and making sure I had everything we needed for Archie. Doug was our install guy and talk about friendly, professional and efficient. He answered all my questions. We tried Halo and just didn’t feel safe for our pet. Always worried if it was reliable. No more worries with Invisible Fence.
Doug was great to work with. They took extra care in keeping my lawn looking great during the installation. The training worked in a few days for my 12 lb Morkipoo. Highly recommend!
We looked at so many options for our home with nearly 6 acres of yard. I am SO SATISFIED with my Invisible Fence We’ve had this fence for nearly 8 years without any issues of Breaking or not working. The dogs learned very quickly about the boundaries. And if they start to cross the barrier, they just get a beep as a correction.. We have three large dogs that love to run in the wide open spaces and it’s a beautiful thing! Highly recommend !!
Our Invisible Fence works wonderfully. I wish we had done this sooner. Invisible Fence Company was incredibly easy to work with and the whole process was very easy, including training the dogs to the fence boundaries. They are very nice people to work with, they are informative, helpful, and very professional. Our dogs have responded to it and adapted quickly.
