I've had an invisible fence for almost two years and a doorman dog doorman for almost a year. Christy and Chris are fantastic people and I highly recommend everyone who is even thinking about an Invisible Fence to give them a call and get one.
We have had their fence for six years with no problems and wonderful service. Two wire breaks that were no fault of theirs and they were here to fix immediately. Always friendly and very responsive.
We had an excellent experience with Inv Fence of WV. Our fence went down and when I called for service, they were there the next day. They were very friendly and had our system working within a hour. We are new customers of WV location (previous location no longer exists) so we were so grateful of the expedited, polite, and knowledgeable support.
Invisible Fence Branch of WV is defines excellence: both in terms of the product they represent and the services they provide. We have had our system in place since 2009 and their level of service has always been consistent. Most recently we encountered a problem with our system (self inflicted—I accidentally cut the line in the grounding area and made the initial repair myself). Love my fence I've had many of dogs over the years i got the fence 10 years ago its easy to train dog to it and the service is great
