Michael L was very helpful in repairing a cut to our invisible fence.
Highly recommend Invisible Fence of Richmond. Michael L. has been particularly great to work with. We completed a landscape project that required relocating parts of the invisible fence as well as repairs. Michael worked efficiently to resolve our issues and provided excellent customer service.
Hazel was so helpful with my transmitter and collers. I had a break in my line and Michael L. came out the next day and fix it no problem. I would definitely recommend Invisible fence for their services.
Michael L installed my invisible fence today. He did an incredibly great job. I just moved here and had an invisible fence before. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, customer oriented and answered all my question without making me feel rushed. After he installed it he took me through everything, we took my dog out and he remembered the flags, so it all went really well. He did a great job with a very neat installation, made sure i had all the contact info incase I needed anything. I would highly recommend him.
Michael L. fixed my invisible fence efficiently and professionally. He found the break in the fence quickly. It was caused be a tree root that split the wire. I give Michael L. 5 stars. I give the company 3 stars for charging $210.00 just to show up.
